XENBO Heat Transfer Successfully Conducted Stock Reform

On October 15, 2016, the founding meeting of Hangzhou XENBO Heat Transfer Technology Co., Ltd. was held in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou. All shareholders, directors, and supervisors attended the meeting and signed a series of legal documents. Relevant personnel from Zhejiang Jindao Law Firm and Huarong Securities Co., Ltd. attended and witnessed the founding meeting. On October 21st, with the approval of the Hangzhou Municipal Administration for Market Regulation, XENBO Heat Transfer was changed to Co., Ltd., and the company name was officially changed to Hangzhou XENBO Heat Transfer Technology Co., Ltd. This marks the successful completion of XENBO Heat Transfer's stock reform work. According to the company's plan, XENBO Heat Transfer will apply for a public transfer through listing on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ).
